Key Responsibilitiles -

Local Market Access & Strategy development
Identify healthcare dynamics and market trends impacting access and regulatory environment prior to the development of Market Access PlanEnsure Qualitative and quantitative input into Budget and Strategic PlansExecute Market Access strategies to influence and accelerate favorable pricing and reimbursement decision for strategic brands and new launchesPropose and implement pricing strategies in the Oncology Business Unit (OBU), accurately reflecting the local environmentBuild network and develop positive relationships with relevant government officials, prescribing influencers, Key Opinion Leaders, payers, policies makers and etcFoster the use of Health Economics and Outcomes Research studies as a tool to promote value-based and evidence based pricing

Functional Excellence
Identify access related gaps for near to launch, current and near patent expiry of OBU products as part of the life cycle managementProvide insights and analyse country policy and preparedness for Oncology therapiesSupport the development of HTA capabilitiesSupport the Head of Oncology Policy & Market Access and country management initiatives on Brand Defense, Intellectual Property matters and Value Access in MedicineFoster the use of Health Economics and Outcomes Research studies as a tool to promote value-based and evidence based pricing

Job Requirements -
Minimum Degree in Life / Biological Sciences / Pharmacy / MedicalMinimum 7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industryMinimum 2 years (24 months) of experience in Market Access in the Pharmaceutical industryMust have experience in doing Listing, Pricing Reimbursement / Management, familiar with HTA Assessment, familiar with Budget Impact Modelling, and tender managementPossesses good communication skills and has the ability to collaborate effectivelyProficient in the English language (written and spoken)Has Intermediate - Advanced Project Management skills will be an added advantageIntermediate level in the usage of Microsoft Application, especially Excel
