Job Description

Modality Systems are looking for talented people with a passion for technology and building customer relationships to join our growing team as a Video Conference Specialist

About the role

This is an entry level technical position and the principal responsibilities are to establish connections for Video conferences booked by our customers, provide additional support during conference launch, monitoring conferences and opening incident tickets when incidents take place

The primary objective is to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction through delivery of successful videoconferencing meetings as experienced by the customer

This role also requires focused attention on providing the highest level of customer service to the customers at all time

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate-

Sound computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)English speakingFamiliar with computer networking technologies such as TCP/IP and ISDNFamiliar with Video Conferencing and Voice-over-IP technologiesAbility to work in a delivery support environment that involves structured processes and timelinesAbility to work under pressure and respond in a professional manner in a highly visible customer service environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional continuous time management and planning skillsWorking experience in Customer Service Support environment desiredManage and own issues with customers to completion and resolutionCompliance with the current processes and work procedures within their functional areas
