Please note this position is based in Phnom Penh Cambodia Mandarin language skills is a prerequisite Job title VIP Services SupervisorJob purposeProvides and assists guest with courteous manner and attend to their queries and requests to promote company standard services Develop Plan and Deliver Programs and ServicesGeneral Job FunctionsWelcome and greet customers upon seeing them Assist guest inquiriesSupervise and monitor subordinates on assigned area Adjust manpower allotment when necessary Monitor proper uniform and I D of JV group staff s report to Gaming Executive for non complianceReport any JV staff concern to immediate superior record name I D and time of incidentEnsures the gaming hall JV staff s resting area guest gaming buffet area is clean Coordinate with Housekeeping Department Ensure any items or JV staff s do not block the fire exits at back of the house JV staff s resting area and ndash report to Gaming Executive if anyChecks air conditioner light and table to ensure be ready before guest arrived Ensures the food for serving is arrived and enough Establishes relationship with VIP guests to promote Naga gaming experience Coordinates with other team to arrange car ticket food or hotel room booking Maintains guest information such as arrival and departure of guests with Junket runner Coordinates with F and B department to refill food at Junket gaming halls Performs other duties as assigned by management Knowledge of NagaWorld facilities and F and B outletsAcquire latest update of Flight schedules and shuttle service Basic customer handling skills Know what to say and not to say infront of customerMonitor headcount of each JV gaming Hall every hour guest monitoring reported to superiorQualificationsFresh graduates appreciatesBachelor degree or equivalent education requiredAble to communicate in English and MandarinProficient in Ms Word and ExcelAbility to work under pressureKnowledge of contact information incase of emergencyAbility to deal with people of all types and levels
