Job Description

The Virtual Sales Account Manager (or Personal Account Manager as known to the client) will be focused on building up a strong client portfolio and to add value to our Company’s further growth and development in different markets and regions Core functions include new account acquisition and growth of existing account holders through a value driven relationship-based approach Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs and company goals

Responsibilities and Activities

Planning Management
Prepare for calls utilizing available tools, reports, previous call action items and business insights to enable a productive call that achieves the required sales call to actionLeverage appropriate planning tools to define targeted customer list for account reviews and high priority customer campaigns

Relationship Management
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for company’ products/servicesDeveloping a professional and trusting relationship with an active portfolio of clients and introducing brokers keeping them up-to-date with company’ developments to ensure they receive the highest level of serviceAddress customer’s concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner turning customer interactions into sales opportunitiesAssisting customer to open an account and trade with the company’ productsResearch sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customer’s potentialMaintaining a professional attitude with integrity and enthusiasm reflecting company’ commitment to its clients

Opportunity Management
Reaching and exceeding sales performance and activity targetsEnsure that appropriate sales management processes are being followedMakes telephone calls and other appropriate communications to present to both existing and prospective customers using professional selling methodsDiscuss with customer, heeding to customer’s needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customerAnalyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organizationUnderstand current promotional campaign objectives and keep up to date with company’ product updatesAttend training and development courses to keeps abreast of product/service knowledge and market conditions

Skill Profile (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
Associate degree required, Bachelor degree preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably someone who has worked in a Forex/Finance trading industryMinimum 2 year of experience in Account ManagementMinimum 1 year experience using CRM, ideally SalesforceExcellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and EnglishTrack record of achieving and exceeding targetsHave good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team and provide leadership and support, where requiredGoal oriented and innovativeBe professional and cooperative, to ensure an effective working partnership with Stakeholders, subject specialists and staffHave excellent organizational and administrative skills (including attention to detail)Have good presentation/training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and teammembers)Has intermediate skill in using MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Salary range RM 6,500 + RM 350 Transport Allowance + If hit KPI entitle incentive up to 40% of the basic salary

Working LocationJalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT station)

Working hours
Thai Bangla India – 10am – 8pmPortugal & Spanish – night shift follow their country time zoneALL follow Malaysia public holiday
