DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must interview and screen all applications via phone and to ensure that the customer is eligible or meet the requirementDelivering scripted sales pitch to customersProvide the customer with the best solutions based on customer needs and requirementsPersuade customers to agree by demonstrating how the products or services will be beneficial to their needsRecord customers’ information accurately in the CRM systemEnsure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documentsMust prepare all fee quotes and any information required by customersOversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothlyYou must maintain strong working relationships with clients and customersThe Visa and Immigration Consultant must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation requiredMeeting and exceeding sales goals
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE:

Minimum SPM/ Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, economics or related fieldAbility to converse fluently in English with a neutral accent (Mandatory)Experience in salesUnderstanding the sales process and dynamicsExcellent written and communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport with the customersWilling to work 5 days shift from Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday – 10.30am to 7.30PM
