Job Description

Fosters close working relationships with related Principal Service team and other operational support Business Department Section Heads in communication development and follow-up of operational SAP SDS in the smooth and efficient running of the MDD logistic operations Maintenance of Operational Quality and Regulatory requirements in accordance to the service scope contracted with existing and future Clients All in accordance to the requirements of the industry by regulatory agencies and the Ministry of Health Handle clerical and administrative work related to warehousing logisticactivities like Goods Received Goods Issued Invoicing POD proof of delivery and inventory case report preparation where applicable Liaise with Principal Sales Rep Agent to confirm surgery case booking and or item used where applicable Handle data logger for new inbound shipment with Quality team where applicable Generate system document for dispatch Update daily surgery case records and courier shipment Liaise and follow through with transporter courier service provider for outbound delivery and inbound return collection shipment Collect and compile POD proof of delivery document from transporter Update record and submit to POD department for server storage Perform system transaction to transfer used item to customer location for billing Handle exchange including trade return and consignment stock Involve in performing stock adjustments stock conversions and process sample FOC order where applicable Update wear and tear stock loan sales return record cancellation with reason and urgent delivery report Assist immediate superior in inventory related works such as item maintenance cost maintenance and raise purchase order where applicable Gather all NSM no stock movement invoices and submit the document together with summary to Finance timely where applicable Participate in inventory management activities like performing weekly scheduled cycle count as well as any scheduled stock count Comply with ISO SOP GSDP GDP GDPMD and GMP and rsquo s requirements as well as the Zuellig Pharma and rsquo s Code of Conduct at all times Ensure and maintain good housekeeping 5S and EHS at all times Perform other duties as assigned as and when required by the management Job RequirementMinimum Diploma holder and preferably with related work experience or a high potential candidate that possesses a willingness to learn the Warehousing and Distribution industry Experience in handling data and recordThe successful candidates will receive an attractive remuneration package medical and hospitalization benefits Please apply online write fax in with a detailed resume stating your current and expected salaries and contact telephone numbers together with a non-returnable photograph to the following address The Country Head of HRRef WLAA082019Zuellig Pharma Sdn Bhd 4013-DNo 15 Persiaran Pasak BumiSeksyen U8 Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong40150 Shah AlamSelangor Darul EhsanFax 03-7859 1950Applications will be treated with the strictest confidence Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
