Summary of Role
Outbound Supervisor to ensure smooth coordination of loading out process from receiving outbound goods from the 3PL to handover to lorry drivers / attendants. Policing all related parties following Outbound SOP in placed and updating the Outbound Dashboard promptly. Any failed to load or wrongly delivered goods to be investigated and coordinated to resend. Key PIC for loading bays staging arrangements to ensure fast clearance to give ways for the next wave. Team up with Outbound Assistants & Clerks cum Checkers.
Performing data entry into the dashboard so that all related parties having LIVE info of the loading process.Alert on every lorry movement In and Out from the warehouse.Liaising with Outbound Assistants.Key info in the Dashboard to translate into smooth loading process coordination.Responsible as staging traffic controller of which bays to use for which route according to lorry arrival.Active communications between 7E Distribution Team, 3PL and Transporters.Ensuring lorry waiting time at the minimum possible < 30 mins once arrived according to the schedule.Chasing Transporters on the late lorry arrival & bays clearance (Recorded for Transporters KPI Report).Ensuring lorries sharing bays during loading and bays usage optimisation.Ensuring all related parties wearing proper attire at the loading bays.Ensuring handover process from the 3PL to 7E to Lorry Drivers / Attendants following SOP.Any failed to load goods to be investigated and resend to the correct store.Any failed to deliver goods turned back to resend (i.e. flood). Coordinating with Store and Transporters.Any wrongly delivered to coordinate for corrective delivery.Overloaded Outbound Goods and overflow left behind to resend.Performing STOCK COUNT with the rest of CDC Team when required.Performing FLOOR WALK and AUDIT when required.Checkers / Outbound Assistants back up when required.To perform any other work as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must be able to work in rotational shift including weekends and public holidays.
