Salary range MYR 4,500 to 5,500
Working days Weekday
Working hours 845am ~ 545pm
Working location Shah Alam

Job responsibilities
Our client is n MNC company headquartered in Japan, established in the 1950's They are renowned with their rubber related product, tyres Hired over hundred thousand employees globally as per recorded till 2018, they expanded in businesses over time, they started to support for myriad of vehicles and forged into other chemical related industries
In Malaysia, their products were Flexible Polyurethane Foam for the purpose of automotive safetoes
The are looking for an experienced Full Set Senior Account Executive, where you will be entrusted for the following tasks
1 Preparation of monthly financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare and post monthly journals
• Preparation to trial balance stage of Statement of Income and Expenditure and Financial Position
• Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required
• Distribute relevant reports to staff and Governance
2 Accounts Payable
• Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records
• Check to ensure online bank account numbers of suppliers are set up accurately and all payments are properly authorised
3 Accounts Receivable
• Assist with pursuing overdue debtors
4 Monthly GST Returns
• Prepare monthly GST returns and submit to IRD
• Manage/monitor GST refunds/payments
5 Expense Claims
• Process staff expense claims
• Ensure the claims are properly authorised
6 Cash Management
• Maintain Bank Balance information
• Maintain Petty Cash records
• Maintain Cash Journal records
• Maintain Cash Book data entry
7 Donation Income
• Assist with mail opening, donations and debtors subscription banking processes
8 Resources For life – eMerchandise
• Assist Office and Resource Administrator in his absence to handle order or Adventure lodge booking enquiries
• Process, package and dispatch order in his absence
9 Developing company’s account strategies, marketing strategies and promotional communication channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets
10 Negotiating and closing contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline
11 Evaluating the financial aspects of business development

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Car License Required
- Handling Accounting for 5 years and above, currently handling senior jobs or managing accounting employees would be advantageous
