Job Description

Wireless Solution Sales Manager is an integral part of the sales process providing pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations, and subject-matter expert who works closely with account managers to build customer relationship and prospects by demonstrating how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements Must have results-oriented mindset and passion for achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

• Develops wireless solutions for various customers based on Huawei product portfolios, customers business model and competition environment that addresses customer’s specific needs, and he/she must be able to effectively communicate those solutions to customers

• Attends extended market and project development by customizing solution and present Huawei value and benefits to customers

• Manages Huawei key customers in terms of product requirements and business development

• Promotes Huawei wireless solutions and brand via participating in workshops, exhibitions, and seminars in an active role as presenter

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree inTelecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in wireless network solution and product management

• Excellent presentation skills to effectively carry out key product and solution messages during customer engagements

• Good knowledge and understanding of wireless network architecture and various network technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/ 2G/3G/4G/5G/NBIOT), and their evolution

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and be able to manage complicated projects involving multiple teams in multiple locations
