The specific responsibilities of the team are
Troubleshooting supporting applications and operating systemDesktop, Laptop, Server and Printer support1st Level Network support1st Level Server supportOrdering, building and maintaining IT equipment (PC, Laptop, Phones, Printers others)Assistance with cable managementAnti-virus managementUser account / permission creation and maintenanceShared resources managementVirtual Desktop SupportOn-call supportAsset/Inventory ManagementLicense ManagementDocumentation of process and proceduresLotus Notes troubleshootingUnderstanding VOIP and Video Conferencing
What you should have
A Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fieldRequired skill(s) Stakeholder Management, hardwaretroubleshooting, softwaretroubleshootingRequired language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English, MandarinAt least 3 years of working experience in helpdesk environmentAble to work in 9 work hours shift(earliest 8am, latest 11am)
